A two-day Appreciative Inquiry for Positive Transformation Training for the Board Members
\nand Staff of Asha Nepal, in collaboration with the Eastern Research Institute of Positive Science

\ninitiative is designed to help Asha Nepal's leadership and staff envision and implement

\nDr. RC Lamichhane, an Appreciative Inquiry Certified Trainer and CEO of ERIPS, is facilitating

\nparticipants through a series of interactive workshops, group discussions, and practical exercises.
\nThese sessions are designed to deepen their understanding of AI and its application within their
\norganization. Participants are exploring key topics such as discovering the positive core,
