Kathmandu. A special court has issued arrest warrants for the arrest of more than 300 people involved in the Lalita Niwas land case in Baluwatar.

The Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of Nepal Police has stated that permission has been obtained from the court to arrest those found guilty in the land case.

CIB spokesperson Shyam Kumar Mahato said that those involved would be arrested gradually as it would be impossible to arrest them all at once.

Mahato said that the process has been started to file a case against those found guilty in the Lalita Niwas case.

‘High-profile’ leaders and former employees have been found to be involved.
