Gurans Village Assembly budget session ends

The 16th session (Budget) of the Gurans Village Assembly has ended. The session, which began on Asad 10, ended on Asad 30.

The Gurans Village Assembly has approved the policies and programs set by the Gurans Rural Municipality Government for the fiscal year 2082/083 and a budget of Rs 731 million.

On Asad 10, the policy and program presented by the rural municipality chairperson Top Bahadur BC and the budget presented by the vice-chairperson Shiva Kumari Khadka were unanimously passed.

Additionally, some laws submitted by the rural municipality government have also been passed by the village assembly, informed Dipendra Oli, spokesperson for the rural municipality.

Three meetings have been held under the 16th convention. The first meeting of the convention was addressed by Karnali Provincial Assembly member Purna Bahadur Khatri, and the second meeting was addressed by Karnali Province Chief Yagya Raj Joshi.
