Surkhet. Mid-west University has announced to give awards in 15 different categories.
The university is going to give various awards to 40 people including its staff and students annually.
Vice Chancellor of the University, Professor Dr. Nanda Bahadur Singh announced the award at a press conference on Monday.
Singh said that the award would be given to the working faculty and staff and students for their encouragement.
The largest amount of the award is the MU VC award of Rs 55,000. The students who pass the postgraduate examination with the best marks of all the students of the university will get it.
Similarly, university topper students will get a vice chancellor award of Rs 50,000.
Faculties and campuses under the university will also receive awards based on outstanding performance.
The first place winner will get 350,000, second place winner 300,000 and third place winner 250,000 prizes.
On the Campus side, the first place winner will get Rs 300,000, second place winner will get Rs 250,000 and third place winner will get Rs 200,000.
