Appreciative Inquiry for Positive Transformation Training in Asha Nepal

A two-day Appreciative Inquiry for Positive Transformation Training for the Board Members
and Staff of Asha Nepal, in collaboration with the Eastern Research Institute of Positive Science
(ERIPS), kicked off today in Kathmandu. The training aims to empower participants with the
principles and practices of Appreciative Inquiry (AI), a strengths-based approach that focuses on
identifying and leveraging the positive core of organizations to drive transformative change. This
initiative is designed to help Asha Nepal's leadership and staff envision and implement
innovative strategies that build on their existing strengths and successes.
Dr. RC Lamichhane, an Appreciative Inquiry Certified Trainer and CEO of ERIPS, is facilitating
the training. With his extensive expertise and dynamic approach, Dr. Lamichhane is guiding
participants through a series of interactive workshops, group discussions, and practical exercises.
These sessions are designed to deepen their understanding of AI and its application within their
organization. Participants are exploring key topics such as discovering the positive core,
envisioning a compelling future, designing strategic initiatives, and sustaining transformative
