Kathmandu । The "Design Your Future Training" for SEE students, organized by the Eastern Research
Institute of Positive Science (ERIPS), kicked off yesterday in Kathmandu with great enthusiasm.
Eighteen students from various schools have gathered to participate in this unique program,
which aims to equip them with the skills and mindset necessary to shape their future paths. The
training sessions are designed to be interactive and engaging, ensuring that each student can fully
benefit from the experience.
The training program is structured to address various aspects of personal and academic growth.
Students are encouraged to explore their strengths, set achievable goals, and develop strategic
plans for their futures. By focusing on both short-term and long-term objectives, the program
helps students to build a comprehensive roadmap that aligns with their passions and interests.
The facilitators emphasize the importance of self-awareness and self-efficacy, guiding the
students to understand their potential and take proactive steps toward their aspirations.
One of the key highlights of the training is the inclusion of guest speakers from diverse
professional backgrounds. These speakers share their personal success stories, challenges, and
the lessons they have learned along the way. Their insights provide valuable real-world
perspectives and inspire the students to think beyond conventional career paths. The students
also have the opportunity to interact with these speakers, ask questions, and gain a deeper
understanding of different industries and professions.
Overall, the "Design Your Future Training" program is proving to be a transformative experience
for the participating students. The combination of expert facilitation, engaging activities, and
inspirational talks is creating a supportive and empowering environment. As the training
progresses, the students are expected to gain clarity on their future goals and develop the
confidence and skills needed to achieve them. This initiative by ERIPS is a testament to their
commitment to fostering the next generation of leaders and changemakers.
