Congress will send propaganda material about MCC from house to house

Kathmandu. The Nepali Congress is going to distribute booklets to the citizens from house to house to clarify about the American aid project Millennium Challenge Corporation (SCC).

A booklet has been prepared to explain about the MCC which has been approved by the Parliament with an explanatory declaration. Congress vice-president Purna Bahadur Khadka informed that the MCC would be clarified through booklets and videos.

He said that the confusion of MCC will be removed along with the election campaign. According to Khadka, the members of ward working committees across the country will be made active and the booklet will be distributed from house to house.

Meanwhile, the campaign, which is scheduled to start on March 6, has been postponed for nine days. A publicity campaign will be conducted from March 12 to March 12.

Central representatives will be deployed in all 77 districts in the campaign. It is said that the announcement of the campaign will be made by the Prime Minister and party president Sher Bahadur Deuba with the objective of expanding the election campaign.

The states and districts will implement the program as decided by the center. The lower echelons will be able to set up additional programs to support the Centre’s campaign.
